Morris County Surrogate Heather J. Darling is pleased to announce the official launch of morrissurrogate.com. The newly modernized website was designed to better serve Morris County residents. The new site reflects the Surrogate’s continued commitment to accessibility, transparency, and public service, making it easier for residents to find needed information during some of life’s most important and sensitive moments.
The newly designed website offers a cleaner layout, improved navigation, and clear explanations of court procedures related to probate, administration, guardianships, adoptions, and other Surrogate matters. Visitors can quickly access this resource for frequently requested information, forms and fees, as well as to learn more about upcoming events and educational programs offered by the Surrogate’s Court. The Surrogate's website continues to offer 24 X 7 access to services with the ability to make appointments, file cases electronically using eProbate, and an AI-powered chat tool designed to assist with questions.
